“Very nice place, excellent of you want to take a break”

“This hotel is closed. Found out on a day of arriving. Yet Expedia still has it on their website for people to book it. Make sure they are open before booking.”

She even googled it to see what it looked like. She was able to locate the bike part and return it to us. The...

There were hairs on the shower walls, the floors were dirty, and the room appeared to need a more thorough, deep cleaning. We also had to bring our used, dirty towels to the front desk to exchange them for clean ones. It would have been much more convenient if staff could collect the used towels from the room and provide fresh...
